S’Mores Cupcakes

Dairy free - Chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate ganache topped with Toasted Meringue frosting and sprinkled with crushed graham crackers.
Ingredients:

Ganache: Allergy free semi sweet chocolate chips, Coconut cream
Cupcake:  rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, coconutt milk, potato starch, xanthan gum, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, DF milk, oil, coffee,baking powder/soda, vanilla, salt
